What we collect

Account details (email), profile information you enter (name, date of birth, height, weight, training goal), and the workout data you record (heart rate over time, zones, duration, calories, recovery). Heart-rate data is health data and is treated with care.

How we use it

To provide the app: to calculate your zones, track your weekly goal, show your history, and sync across your devices. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in your account in our cloud database and is accessible only to you. Apple Health data, if you import it, stays on your device except for the workouts you choose to bring in.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete individual workouts, or delete your account and its history from within the app at any time.
